TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Is tourist tax included?

All quotations do not include tourist tax, which amounts to € 2.50 per day per person over the age of 14, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

2) How can I confirm my booking? And in case of cancellation?

A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be paid at the hotel during check-in.

If you cancel your booking within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date, you can recover your deposit by rescheduling your stay (of a minimum of 5 nights or the same number of nights as the cancelled booking) to another period by September of the following year, subject to availability (WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS).

If, on the other hand, the cancellation is received less than 10 days before the expected arrival date (whatever the reason: hospitalisation, accident, etc.), the deposit paid will not be refundable or recoverable in any other period.

By sending the deposit, the above conditions are understood to be accepted by both parties.

3) What time is check in and check out?

Rooms will be delivered by 1.00/13.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Your stay begins with lunch from 12.30 to 13.30.

4) Are animals accepted?

Four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel. The only rule to be respected is that they may not enter the common areas: the dining room and the swimming pool.
