Classic Basic Room

Communicating family rooms located on the ground floor no balcony, and furnished with the basic services for a pleasant stay:

Classic Room:

Rooms located at the back of the Hotel comfortable and furnished with the basic amenities for a pleasant stay:

air conditioning, balcony, shower stall, hair dryer, new LCD TV, telephone, safe... room sizes of Classic Rooms range from12 to 14 mt.

Comfortable Room

Rooms located at the front of the Hotel with side sea view most visible from the 2nd floor upwards

In addition to all the amenities of the Classic room offers in addition a range of services to make your vacation even more complete:

SPECIAL CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT:

FREE from 0-2 years of age (not completed) including: MEALS + CHILD'S CHILD'S CHILD'S SEAT + CRIB AND BEDS

50% DISCOUNT from 2-18 years old (If you have only one child 30% discount)

SPECIAL TEEN AGERS DISCOUNT

15-18 years old DISCOUNT from 30%; to 50% if sharing room with two adults (depending on period)

SPECIAL GROUPS OF FRIENDS

4 kids in the same room pay only 3 rates

All prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.

All our offers are valid with 2 adults in the room.

All our offers are valid for stays even longer than 7 days (ask us for the best price)

All our offers do not include tourist tax (€ 2 per person per day from 14 years old, for a maximum of 7 days)

SUPPLEMENTS:

Possibility of full board formula + drinks with meals= supplement of € 4.50 per person per day.
Single room € 15.00

REDUCTIONS:

Half board - € 3.00 per person per day

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) Is tourist tax included?
All quotes do not include tourist tax, which amounts to € 2.50 per day per person over 14 years old, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

2) How can I confirm the reservation? What about in case of cancellation?
A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be made at the hotel during check in.
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be considered valid for another stay of the same duration until 06/30/2025, while for cancellations within 7 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation.

3) What time can check-in and check-out be done?
Rooms will be delivered by 1:00/13:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

The stay begins with lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.

4) Are animals accepted?
Four-legged friends of small to medium size ( up to 10/15 kg) are welcome in our hotel. Only rule to be respected, they are not allowed to enter the common areas: in the dining room and swimming pool.

5) Where can I leave my car?
In the internal parking lot with an extra charge of € 5.00 per day if available, in the external parking lots that have an agreement one is 350 m away from the hotel, the other can be reached with the free shuttle

7) Can I enter and leave the hotel whenever I want?
The hotel is open 24 hours a day with night watchman.

8) Early Departure.
Early departures will be charged for the entire stay booked.
